Membership in the Rocky Mountain Chapter

The Rocky Mountain Chapter offers membership on a calendar year basis. Membership renewals are recommended by March 1st. Dues received after October 1st will be applied to the next calendar year – with membership beginning the following January 1st.

How to Join the Chapter

To become a member of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of HFES, you may either submit your application electronically (preferred), or print your application and mail it with a check.

To submit this application electronically:

  1. Download and complete the Electronic Membership Application. It will save as a .doc file [Application_for_Membership_Yourname.doc]. Include your name in the file name when you save it to your computer.
  2. Click the “Pay Now” button below that corresponds to your type of dues (Regular = $20, Special = $10).
  3. Members and Associate Members' dues of $20:

    Special member dues of $10 (students and those seeking employment):

    Note that your payment can be made with either (a) your own PayPal account or (b) any major credit card. If using a major credit card, just look for the heading, “Don't have a PayPal account?” in the lower left of the first payment page.

  4. Continue to follow the PayPal instructions to complete your dues payment. You will receive a PayPal receipt by email.
  5. Send your application and payment information to the RMHFES Membership Chair.

Alternatively, to submit your application by paper:

  1. Print a copy of the Membership Application Form.

  2. Complete the form by hand.
  3. Mail the form, along with a check for dues, to: Janeen Sharma, RMHFES Membership, 4729 Spine Rd. #E, Boulder, CO 80301
